The clients of this property approached us though their architect to carry out a rear extension to their traditional style property. We added a kitchen/family room, utility room, laundry room to ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. We also replaced the roof to the whole of the property, rendered the original brickwork and added Ceda cladding. We worked closely with our client to achieve their exact requirements.
